From the old chinese saying:”water is tea’s mother”, we can see how important water is for tea.

Chinese people believe that:

Water from river is better than water from well,
water from mountain is better than from river.

But nowadays, for people living in cities, buying mineral water is a good choosing.

What is the best amount of tea taking every day?

It’s depending on people’s age,health condition,living environment,etc..

For normal adult, 12 grams per day, in 3~4 portions.

For people in high temperature, 20 grams is OK.

For gravida,kids,weak head should take less.
